Eve Bio-Retinol Serum
4* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I received the Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Serum from the Natural Beauty Month event to trial. Already a fan of Antipodes, so very excited to have included this into my skincare regime. This serum has an oil consistency which isnt heavy or oily. My skin absorbs it well and leaves it feeling soft. I can see that this will leave skin feeling really hydrated therefore less lines appearing. Its really gentle on the skin and have a really nice subtle scent to it. Because this isnt a retinol product, I can use it during the day as my skin wont have a sensitivity to it. Did I see a reduction in wrinkles? Cant say I need to use the product for 4 weeks to be able to give that type of review but so far, I like how my skin feels and looks when using this serum. If its anything like their other products I have high hopes that this will perform.

Safe for Breastfeeding mothers...?
3* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I was lucky enough to be invited to the Beauty Heaven Natural Beauty Month Marketplace and received the Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reducing Serum. I have used a lot of Antipodes products in the past and have loved every one of them. This product was a little concerning for me, I am currently Breastfeeding my 11 week old daughter and although the Brand Representative at the Marketplace was very positive that this product was safe for Breastfeeding and Pregnancy, the word “Retinol” really freaks me out. I decided to give it a go but sparingly and not daily. I used it 2-3 times a week with just 2 drops for my face which I find is plenty. It has a beautiful scent to it but I haven’t noticed any real change. I probably should be using it more often. I think for now, ill be putting it aside until ive stopped breast feeding and then give it another go.

5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I tested this as part of Beauty heavens Natural Beauty Month. The brand Antipodes and the ingredient retinol have separately been on my radar for a while so I was excited at the chance to try this serum out. The representative claimed that since this is a bio-retinol, you don’t need to avoid the sun (i.e. use only at night) like you would with normal retinol. I haven’t tested her claim as I am huge on sun protection, and I prefer to play it safe. Better safe than sunburnt! It was easy enough to use insert this into my night routine and as it is an oil serum, it was very hydrating and made my skin glow. I am happy with the results and I would definitely purchase when I run out of this one.

Naturally Derived Retinol Serum
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I received Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum as part of Beauty Heaven Natural Skincare Month. I was lucky to receive this bio-retinol serum, I have been using it for the past couple of weeks. It comes in a dark glass bottle with a dropper, which makes it easier to apply. After applying the serum which is fast absorbing I follow it up with my daily moisturiser. I have noticed an improvement in my skin firmness and a reduction in fine lines. This is my first time using all-natural retinol serum and being able to apply it during the day and night. It does not cause any irritation or sensitivity to sunlight. It didnt cause any skin sensitivity or redness. I will buy it again.

5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* Wow this is amazing. I love my retinol but I cant use it daily and I use it to help with fine lines + pimples. Since I cant use it daily, I end up getting pimples. And if I use it daily, Ill end up getting chapped dry skin with skin sensitivity, even though I use sunscreen and reapply sunscreen Ill still get burnt. This product doesnt have any sort of side effects I experience from traditional retinol. Its gentle and easy to use. Love antipodes and their wonderful creation excellent for sensitive skin!

Great Natural Retinol
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I loooooove retinols and have used retinols for many years to combat signs of ageing. I didnt know that a natural retinol was an option until this Antipodes serum. What I really like about this is the formula, which basically feels like a light weight oil. Its not thick or sticky, its light and easy to smooth onto the skin, working well with other products in my night time routine and adds a luxurious touch to my skincare routine. Did I notice a difference in my fine lines? No, only because I dont yet have these however I will continue using this serum to prevent them coming in future.

Great serum
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* I received the Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum as part of the Beauty heaven Natural Beauty Month event to trial. The serum comes in a 30mL brown glass bottle with a dropper to easily apply the serum. The serum itself is on the more liquid side but when you apply it, it almost feels like a facial oil. I love the smell of the Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum. Its not too strong and smells lovely. I love that it uses bakuchiol (natural ingredient) to stimulate collagen production.

Adding this one to the rotation
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* Another winner from Antipodes! As a retinol girlie, I’ve tried many different retinol products and serums over the years! Some I’ve loved and some have simply been too harsh on my skin. This one from Antipodes isn’t retinol in the traditional form that I’m used to. It uses a natural form of vitamin a from Cacay oil. What does this mean? I get all the wonderful anti-ageing benefits of retinol but in a form my skin loves. I wake up with refreshed, hydrated skin that looks fresh and glowy! It doesn’t irritate and leave me with any redness. It’s magic in a bottle!

Gorgeous bakuchiol oil
5* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* Thank you very much to Beauty heaven and Antipodes for giving me the opportunity to try this Bio-retinol line reduction serum at the Natural Beauty Month Marketplace members event. All Antipodes products are gorgeous and I find that this serum is no different. The first thing I noticed is the lovely botanical scent which is a consistent theme across all Antipodes products. The texture of the serum is on the oily side which makes it really more like a lightweight oil than a serum. Even though it is named bio-retinol, its mainly a bakuchiol oil which has a very different action to retinol. I do not like that brands call bakuchiol products retinols, it is unfortunately the market trend. Unlike retinol, this serum does not cause any irritation on my skin, although I do still find it less potent than my regular retinol. This light oil is a joy to use every evening as part of my skincare routine.
