Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum 30ml

I use the retinol serum and the hylaurinic acid serum, they are beautiful on the skin and smell amazing. 

Love this serum, use it every evening, it feels so nice on the skin, not sure if I awaken smoother, or more youthful but my face definitely looks better and more hydrated for discovering and using Antipodes products!

Too early to tell but I love the way it goes on and the fact that it’s a natural product. I’ll be repurchasing for sure.  Only downside is that it takes a long time to fully absorb so you’ll end up leaving some on the pillow. 

Love this as my new serum that has replaced a face oil. Same benefits as an oil but sinks in with no grease feeling afterwards and instantly softens my very dry skin. A great compliment to the probiotic water moisturiser. Will repurchase.

This is the first Antipodes product I have tried and was so excited as have heard great things about Antipodes. Well, I see why people love it as I do as well. Firstly I do love the smell, For a natural product it actually has a lovely scent which is something not many natural products have. The serum is an oil-type serum but absorbs quickly and you can really feel the moisture in your skin after applying. It has not been long enough to see any of the aging properties but if this is a natural source of retinol I am all for it as retinol can be so tough on your skin and this is not. I love that it has antioxidant protection as well. Super excited to see what longer use will do as so far it is great.

* Review collected as part of a sampling promotion* The Antipodes Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum is as rich oil-based serum that contains a natural Vitamin A source and some amazing oils, such as macadamia, jojoba, prickly pear, and camelia. This serum is great for dry or mature skin, as it also deeply moisturises and softens the skin. It can feel greasy if you use too much, and that’s where the dropper is handy as it allows you to measure and dispense only a few drops. I have used this product most nights of the week since receiving it at the Beauty Heaven Natural Beauty Month event, given that its a good idea to build up some skin tolerance to retinol products. It suits my skin well and doesn’t cause irritation or redness. It leaves my skin very soft and supple, with a nice dewy glow. Im not a big fan of the rose scent, but otherwise a very nice serum to visibly smooth the skin.

I have sensitive skin and do not like using retinol and always on the hunt for natural alternatives and I think I have found that miracle serum I will be using again and again. The serum is light on the face and absorbs beautifully. It glides effortlessly and in such a short period of time I have noticed my skin to be more vibrant and my fine lines to be less noticeable. The scent is botanical and wonderful. All I can say is I hope it is released soon so I dont have to go without this one. A must try for anyone wanting a natural retinol alternative, particularly for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding and cannot use retinol, this is a great alternative

I love the brand and their ethos, and I received this product at the beauty heaven Natural Beauty Month event, where the Antipodes reps were fantastic in showcasing the benefits of the product. It uses natural retinol from cacay oil, which they demonstrated can outperform synthetic retinol! But is a gentler alternative. What a win! It also contains bakuchiol and other powerhouse natural ingredients. The product smells lovely, and has a very luxurious feel. I actually find this applies similarly to a face oil, so I actually recommend mixing it with your moisturiser or applying it after moisturiser, as I find it didn’t glide very well on cleansed, dry skin. I have combination skin, and applying it WITH a moisturiser made me feel like I was locking it in better, and spreading it more evenly across my skin. As an existing regular retinol user, I haven’t seen eye opening results yet, but it complements my evening routine beautifully and I will continue to use this.

This serum is more like a facial oil as it contains a great mix of plant oils and a natural plant-based Vitamin A. The serum comes in a compact glass bottle with a dropper for easy application. Its very concentrated and you only need a few drops each application, otherwise, it can leave the skin feeling greasy. My skin definitely feels a lot smoother and more soft and supple. I have also noticed that my skin has a slightly healthier glow since using this serum nightly.
